Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 48 hours (1-2 business days) of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review this carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
Dispatch Notification: When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey.
2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
Carriers: We use Royal Mail and DPD for domestic deliveries within the United Kingdom.

3. International Shipping
Availability: We offer international shipping to many destinations. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Customs Delays: Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We appreciate your patience should this occur.
4. Potential Delays & Service Interruptions
While we strive to meet our processing and delivery estimates, orders may occasionally take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. This can include, but is not limited to:
Carrier delays (e.g., operational issues, weather)
High order volumes (especially during sales or holidays)
Address verification issues
Customs clearance for international orders
We will do our best to communicate any significant delays and appreciate your understanding.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. Elana Healthcare is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it remains unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
